A lesson in defining success
Hiya CopyStar!
Remember back on May 20th – I told you life was crazy?
And I felt out of control.
So – I decided to take charge and focus on what was in my power.
I got out of bed… put on my workout clothes and…
… ran!
And just like Forrest Gump…
…I kept running!
Up until then – my longest run was a 10K (6.2 miles).
But on that day – I didn’t do 6.2 miles. I did this instead. (If you missed it – check out the video here.)
And then something CRAZY happened.
